Coupsy gives you a complete toolset to retain customers: digital loyalty cards
that track visits and reward automatically, plus a coupon system for targeted
promotions. Everything is managed from your phone, with no paper or separate
hardware required.
Loyalty Cards
Automated visit tracking and rewards
Create a digital loyalty program in minutes. Customers get their own card with
a unique QR code. You scan it on each visit — the app records it and tells you
instantly when a reward is due.
Self-subscription via QR
Display your program QR code at your counter. Customers scan it to join and receive their card instantly — no manual entry required.
Configurable reward threshold
Set the number of visits needed to earn a reward (2 to 50). The app tracks progress automatically and highlights cards that are reward-eligible.
Per-customer visit history
Each card shows a full timestamped visit log, total visits, and a progress bar for the current reward cycle.
Google Wallet integration
Customers can save their loyalty card directly to Google Wallet for instant access without opening the app.
Custom branding
Add your store name, reward description, and logo. Cards shown in Google Wallet carry your brand identity.
Coupons
Generate, distribute, and track promotions
Create individual or bulk coupon batches with a defined offer. Each coupon gets
a unique code and QR. When a customer redeems it, you scan or enter the code —
the app marks it used and records the timestamp.
Three offer types
Fixed amount (e.g. $5 off), percentage discount (e.g. 20% off), or a free-form custom offer (e.g. "Free beverage" or "Buy one get one").
Bulk generation
Generate up to 100 unique coupons for the same offer in one action. Each coupon has an independent code and redemption status.
Expiry dates
Set an optional expiry date on any coupon. Expired coupons are rejected at scan and clearly flagged in your dashboard.
PDF export
Export a full batch of coupons as a formatted PDF — ready to print, share digitally, or include in marketing materials.
Dashboard and filtering
See total, active, and redeemed counts at a glance. Filter by status (active / redeemed) or expiry (expiring soon / expired). Search by code or title.
QR Codes
Styled codes, ready to share
Every loyalty card and coupon includes a custom-styled QR code. Codes can be
saved directly to the camera roll, shared via any app, or embedded in a PDF batch.
Your logo can be placed in the center of each QR for consistent branding.
